About the Council
An independent bridge between two regions.
NB-GCC exists to shorten the distance between Northern Europe and the Gulf — not through politics, but through the everyday work of introductions, gatherings, and shared projects that quietly compound over time.
Founded and operated from the Kingdom of Bahrain by Stella Polare Boutique Events W.L.L., the Council serves as a trusted meeting point for people who might otherwise never share a room: a Nordic university and a Gulf research institute; a Baltic founder and a Riyadh investor; a Bahraini cultural office and a Copenhagen designer.
